Coach Chris Ohocinski is a nationally certified and state-licensed athletic trainer with a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and stay active for life.
With a degree in Athletic Training and Sports Medicine from East Stroudsburg University, Chris has spent over a decade helping everyone from seniors to student athletes overcome injuries, relieve chronic pain, and restore mobility — naturally.
He currently serves as Supervisor of Sports Medicine for the Whitehall-Coplay School District and is a regular contributor on the Critical Bench YouTube Channel, where his joint-friendly routines have reached over 1 million subscribers.
